WATCH: Adam Rippon speaks OUT on being an openly Gay Olympian and Unapologetically  Himself.

With two openly gay Olympic athletes about to compete in the Games of the XIII Winter Olympiad in Pyongyang, South Korea, LGBT Americans have plenty to be proud of and to cheer for.

While freestyle skier, Gus Kenworthy has been getting much of the attention lately, Rippon took the torch this week when he publicly refused to meet with openly homophobic, Vice-President Mike Pence.  Both have been vocally critical of Pence being chosen to lead the US Olympic delegation given his hateful and biased beliefs towards LGBT Americans.

In a new interview with Cosmopolitan.com Adam Rippon opens up about what it means to be an openly gay athlete representing the United States on the world stage.
