‘The Swamp,’ HBO’s New Documentary looks at Republicans Gaetz, Massie, and Buck churning in Trump’s Cesspool: TRAILER

One of the many (now ironic) slogans chanted by Republicans supporting Donald Trump during his 2016 campaign was “Drain the Swamp! Drain the Swamp! Drain the Swamp!”

Like Michael Flynn’s “Lock her Up,” the reality boomerang has smacked the Trump Administration in its fat orange face.  America’s Conman-in-Chief has turned Washington into a seething cesspool with its historic levels of corruption, deceit, and influence peddling.  But he hasn’t done it alone; he’s had the Republican party of enabling sycophants to help including three grandstanding Representatives: Matt Gaetz of Florida, Thomas Massie of Kentucky, and Ken Buck of Colorado.
