Happy 20th Ellen and THANK YOU from All of Us!

April 30, 1997 is a night many of us will never forget.  It’s certainly a night Ellen DeGeneres never will.  It was on that night 20 years ago when 42 million people tuned into The Ellen Show to watch the “Puppy” episode and see her come out.

We all knew it was going to happen.  We were excited, anxious, and even a little scared because most of us had been there, done that, and got the “toaster oven.”  But what Ellen delivered is still one of the most hilarious moments in television history.  (And if you look closely you’ll see Ellen’s mom in the background, always her ever present supporter)

In case you missed it, here is how Ellen celebrated the anniversary on show Friday.

And many of Ellen’s friend sent message of love too!
