LGBT Water Polo Team is Fierce in and out of the Pool in new Video

In competitive athletics, trash talking opponents is expected, but Toronto’s LGBT water polo team, the Triggerfish are trash walking in their new video.

The Triggerfish are the defending water polo champions of the International Gay Lesbian Aquatics.  Throwing down the gauntlet, or in this case the speedo, the entire team takes part in a video message to the other teams facing them in the pool at the world championships this month in Miami.

From the Triggerfish website,

“The Toronto Triggerfish are a group of men and women who come together to learn and play the exciting and demanding sport of water polo…

Our Mission: To be a fun group for LGBT people (and a few cool straight folk too) – to play and learn a very invigorating sport; to welcome players of all abilities; to modify our workouts to the various skill levels of the players; to evolve as a group and develop programs to meet the desires and needs of our players; and to have excellent parties and socials!!”
