When it comes to releasing his tax returns, Donald Trump is without question “tremendous” at one thing, making up excuses for why he can’t. “He’s under audit.” The IRS has stated there is nothing preventing him from release them while under audit. “The only ones who care about [his] taxes are the Press. WRONG! (Again!)
This Saturday in cities across America, citizens who do care will be turning out by the tens of thousands to demand Donald Trump release his taxes. What’s more, his 2016 tax return will NOT be under audit so he can release it (as every other sitting President has done since Nixon) the day he files it.
He shouldn’t be ashamed to release his taxes, as everyone has to file them; it’s a way of life, and President Trump isn’t exempt from this. Even if you’re struggling to file them on time, you can always ask for a tax extension from the IRS, and with the help of your accountant, you will be able to file your taxes correctly and professionally. There is no doubt that Trump has someone to help him do this, and they should be correct, so why the delay in releasing them? If anything, people will be glad that he did, and if the IRS has given him permission to do so, why is there a hold-up?
