Drawing on one of Disney’s animated classic villains, Cruella De vil (ever notice that’s devil with a space added?), Randy has skewered America’s Satan of Schooling with a hilarious riff on a 101 Dalmatians tune.

With more bite than a Doberman, the queen of song parodies takes on the dimwitted DeVos and her budget proposals that slashed spending on education and entirely defunded the Special Olympics.  There really is a special place in Hell for people like Betsy DeVos who intentionally hurt people with special needs and then defends their actions.
