Queer Dancers to Protest at Ivanka Trump’s House

Saturday night queer activists will rally together again in a mega-dance party protest outside of “First Daughter” Ivanka Trump’s DC home.  This will be the third such dance party protest organized by “WERK for Peace” since Trump took office.  The first was held outside of actively anti-gay VP Mike Pence’s house in January and the second was outside of Trump Hotel in Washington DC.

According to an article on the HuffingtonPost.com

“The dance protest will begin in Dupont Circle and continue to Ivanka Trump’s residence… We can’t let Ivanka trick our communities into supporting and legitimizing her. We will show up to her home because the bad decisions of the Trump administration hit us in our daily lives, in our homes, and the nature we surround ourselves with,” co-organizer Carla Aronsohn told The Huffington Post.”
