There’s no denying for Christmas this year “all is calm, all is bright” has been replaced with a sack load of Sturm and Drang. Instead of Ho Ho Ho!, it’s Bitch! Damn! Crap! “And on every street corner you hear…” Stick’em up!
Last night, Saturday Night Live sleigh-ed with their cold open “Blocking It Out for Christmas.” that perfectly and hilariously summed up trying to cope with the spirit of the season this year. Kenan Thompson, Cecily Strong, Ego Nwodim, Bowen Yang, Sarah Sherman share how they keep their cool during the holidays.
Even better, they set it to music, and nothing starts a show off right like a production number!
SNL has always had a knack for knocking the holidays for laughs especially when their social commentary is throwing fierce shade and dragging Karens.

But our absolute favorite SNL Christmas sketch hands down (or in this case hands-on) is the Elf on the Shelf with Jason Momoa. It’s fapping hysterical!
