Thanksgiving is filled with an abundance of traditions – gathering with loved ones, cooking family recipes passed down for generations, watching football, arguing over cranberry sauce from a can and pumpkin vs sweet potato pie, eating till our hearts content, and enjoying the food coma that follows. It is a welcome respite compared to the fear, strife, and uncertainty of our everyday world that can all feel overwhelming.
When it does, embrace the tradition at the heart of this holiday, being grateful.
