Going Down Under with Steve Grand at Sydney’s Gay Mardi Gras

On February 28th theOUTfront wished one of our favorite recording artists Steve Grand, Happy Birthday but according to his just released vlog he literally missed his birthday entirely.

Seems he was on his way to Australia but with the International Date Line, February 28th got lost in translation.  According to an article by Troy Murphy in “DNA Magazine,” Steve made up for it grand style!

“Singer Steve Grand made his way Down Under for the Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras, an annual event that is one of the biggest highlights of the global LGBTI calendar.

The 5-minute video on Steve’s Youtube channel shows off some of the iconic tourist destinations in Sydney, from Bondi Beach, the Zoo to the Harbour Bridge. Then the video follows Steve down the Mardi Gras parade to his live stage performance at the Mardi Gras party.

Describing the adventure on his Youtube:

“My first trip to Australia was a blast, and I got some of it on video to share with you! I performed at Sydney Mardi Gras with a bunch of very talented, sexy male dancers. I did the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb, swam in the harbour, fed kangaroos, hung out on a yacht with more hot Aussie boys, and even got a little speedo/pool time in ;)”

We’re told there will be a full video of Steve’s Mardi Gras performance coming soon!
