Sunday night, the entertainment industry will present the 72nd Emmy Awards in a virtual ceremony hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. A global audience of billions will all tune in to television’s biggest night to see what Billy Porter wears around the house.
On the following night, an inaugural set of awards will be given out on Comedy Central, “The Pandemmys: Celebrating the most breathtaking achievements of this pandemic season!”
Trevor Noah host of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, has announced they will be presenting the first (and hopefully the last) Pandemmy Awards on Monday, September 21st. Noah highlighted just a few of their brilliant Award categories with a some of the most memorable pandemic clips nominated.
And the best part? Everybody can vote and decide the winners!
