In 2016, Brian Justin Crum went from Broadway performer to breakout solo artist on Season 11 of NBC’s America’s Got Talent. His powerhouse vocals, soaring renditions, and authenticity about his sexuality immediately connected him with legions of fans who carried him to the finals.
But when the season ended, America placed Brian fourth.
Now in 2019, he has the opportunity to show America he’s better than fourth on America’s Got Talent Champions, competing against 50 of the best acts from around the world. This week, Brian returned to the AGT stage to compete in his Group of Champions for a spot in the finals and it was nothing less than stunning.
One act had already gotten the Golden Buzzer from Simon to go through to the finals so with only one spot remaining and nine acts vying for it the pressure was on. What’s more two acts tied in the top three, but in the end, Brian won out.
He’ll be competing on Monday, February 11th on NBC for the AGT Championship!
